Attempted to create my first own bonsai "tree in a pot" from nursery stock back in April.
In the 6 months, hard pruning, wire, light pruning wire removal, display table and an accent plant I managed a not so professional 2 point display and received 1st place for beginners class at the School of Bonsai show at Ray Nescis nursery over the weekend.
Super stoked!
Home sweet home.
Now I can't wait till next years show!

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
