Wiring has again been completed for this Elm group and i thought it would be faster this time around. Nearly four days and about half way through i thought "Why". I think the setting has the potential to be impressive so i will forge on. See you next Spring for its next wiring. :palm:

This setting loses a lot of impact in leaf but show it i must, as it spends a lot of time in leaf. Opening it up with defoliation and ramification will take years but it now has a small impact of a forest. A long way to go :palm:

Love it Bhodi and you give me inspiration each time I drive past the EE stand I am going to harvest in winter. The progression from single to forest is outstanding. :imo:

The lust of the dig is upon you i see, i know it all to well. Don't forget to sharpen the shovel as you will need it to plough through the connected root system :tu2:

OH yes the urge has dug deep Bhodi don't worry ! Shovel sharpened, pick waiting too. Am tempted to try to dig one in the next rains just to see if it works...patience they say  May even suggest a dig if I can tempt the farmer into letting us in as a group....watch this space.

I am a little amazed as to how this has grown into a forest also. A little bit like i was led. I hope it has stunning Autumn colour this year to post. The main tree of the group usually turns it on.

Looking forward to Autumn!
