You've got a good'un there, Alpine. I guess I just have to be patient with mine. I have three, one of which put out a flower out of season last year, so I'm hoping it'll put some out IN season this year. :)

This is a great time of the year where people share their bonsai in flower with all of us.
Thanks.

Hi Mel' its looking very nice indeed , better in full bloom but I thought I would take the shot before the wind blows it away .

Hi Watto , I don't mind sharing the beauty in the yard , plenty of others are beginning to flower , Cherries , azalea , crab apples .

Will try to get a few more pics of the others.

Cheers . Alpine

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful

Hi Biocs, it's a bit like myself . improving with age ;)

Hi MJL , persistence pays off, this was sold last year to a "Melbournite" , but the purchaser never fronted , his loss for sure .

Actually Alpineart... I reckon I need to come your way at some point in the future with my step-father (who also loves bonsai). You must have some amazing and different stuff ... you certainly have some amazing and different posts! And I mean that as a compliment.

Hi MJL , your more than welcome to come on up and visit , and thanks for the compliment . I have plenty of unusual material some has never been posted or I can't find a topic ;)

Hi KIRKY , glad to say I still own it , It will only improve with time . Arrived home late from work today to find it out in almost full bloom , will update pics tomorrow if the wind doesn't destroy it .

Cheers . Alpine
