Yeah not great, and I'm guessing they charged $20-$30?

Guess that's how they have the money to expand the shop :P

There are 6~ Clubs in Melbourne that could help if you want
Thank you all for the reply, I would definitely be interested in joining a club.

A full service cost me $79, They are large pots though, one is 12 inch and the other is 10

Google AABC- Aust Assoc. Bonsai Clubs for Clubs in Melbourne

Assuming you are in the North West of Melbourne, you have Bonsai Northwest and Northern Bonsai Club
Either Club will get you started.
Good choice to join one or both!

Bonsai NorthWest is a great club with a great vibe and a great library to boot, you could not go wrong by paying them a visit on the first monday of the month ;)
