Big improvement Mel. Chinese Elm are a great tree but you still need courage to make the appropriate cuts, so well done.

Thanks Mark and KCAR, yes indeed, I am definitely looking to the "hanging branch" style with this tree....

Cheers Watto, I'm finding the need to make some big cuts on my trees these days, so I have a lot of regrowing to do. Here in the sub-tropics that's not such a burden though. :)
