Happy to share a couple of my English elms now that all the leaves have dropped.
Both these are collected trees dug from a cow paddock where the stock kept the EE suckers pruned.
Neither of these trees had much in the way of branches when I dug them but the trunks did have good movement and taper.
I would dearly have loved to show the other side of this tree because of the cool hollow trunk but the upper trunk and branches just made that side less than good.
The other tree is a bit taller. It had 2 trunks when dug but a smaller one sprouted in an ideal position soon after so I allowed it to develop.
