The photos are not absolutely clear but, from those fruits, I'd say that is a Euonymus species.
Does not appear to have the wings of E. alata which is often planted as an ornamental but E. europea is another species with a reputation for weediness in some areas. There's also a number of less common Euonymus species. To ID closer you'll need to have a closer look at the fruits and, in spring, the flowers.
