Heres the mammoth portulacaria at daydawn nursery here in townsville.
this thing stand well over 8 foot and has some ultra fine leaves on it.

had to use my hand for scale as i wasnt carrying any bananas.

I have managed to collect jade from people gardens.. Just cut a huge piece off.. score it and let it dry out then plant.. Works great and I have had huge success with it..Usually people are pretty cool with taking large cuttings I have found... I find it especially in old peoples places or older houses. Rentals are great for this cause usually the renters don't care if you take a large cutting...heres 2 from various places..
