There's not a lot to go on but at first glance it looks very much like a willow. I'd say either pussy willow or crack willow.

The photo is too small, but the fruit indicates quince.

I guess the photo has been reduced to allow the site to load it but maybe you've gone just a bit too far because it is pretty hard to make out any detail.
Like Watto, I'm pretty sure it is a quince. From what I can make out, probably Chinese Quince but to confirm that I'd need a closeup of bark, leaves and that fruit.
