I seem to be having a lot of trouble loading pics using the AB function. All I get is ''delete file'' and no ''place in line'' with some of them. Anyone else??

Also, how do you delete the 2 stuff ups below?

3rd working...
Still keeping and wiring all the branches. Later down the road when the time comes to remove some, I will have jinns with the correct attitude and ''feel''. (ie old). At least that's the idea....

You will probably find those with "delete file" are over the 500K size limit

I had the same problem and downloaded an app called “compress”.

It’s minimised the sizing and lets me post first time every time.

Don't think so. I have always reduced size by 50% before loading and it has always worked fine.

I resize by setting the longest side of the image at 900 pixels

 Mr treeman,
Tree is looking good - How are you creating your jin and shari - are you using power tools or more traditional hand tools such as wood chisels? (asking for a friend ;) )

I don't understand the 500K file size restriction. It's not 1998.

Very nice. I would thin out the apex a bit.

Congratulations on your patience and skill! :hooray:
We don't often get to see good formal uprights, probably because they are rarely present in individual collections. This style used to be the ideal in Japan before WWII, after which the informal upright became the most popular one, because so many bonsai and so much stock were destroyed during the war. Bonsaiists made do with what they could find. The informal upright is still the most widespread style - it's one that always gets you out of trouble, with "anything goes" as long as you have a mildly artistic bone in your body.

Used power tool - because of laziness - but will finish off by hand. Hand craving is always best.
