Yep! Excellent choice for mine!

Another year of ramification will really set this design off.

Love it, Kerrin. Very different flavour to your other trees. It's amazing how few branches seem to be needed by seasoned bonsai artists to make a good image. You're going to get me eyeballing mine with knob cutters in hand now...

I like the new styling.
Much nicer as the trunk showed not much taper before.

Looks good... Better angle as it appears more compact especially as it fills out in the future.

6 months on and I am impressed with how this tree has bounced back from the work in Autumn,

Here's the first flush of growth for the year

Not sure if I will cut the candles in summer or wait and cut back in Autumn, we shall see....

Wow, I had missed the restyle.

Thumbs up to you in seeing that as a potential design. It works really well and gets rid of that lazy 'S' that was quite prominent in the tree as originally styled. Nice work!

Hey folks

Candle cut this one last summer and just going to leave it alone for the growing season to gain some strength, all still going well though.

Might report it in a more suitable pot at the new angle/front once it stops being freezing here, I'll upload a pic once it's done
