Practice works on a juniper

Post by ramathaham »

Ok so here is my nursery bought S curve juniper.

Have had it for about 3 years and in the past season practiced some wiring/developmental pruning on it.

One thing I'm finding hard to sort out is the apex so any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated! ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Ha ha, I like the 'pot'. Did it come with a purchase, or did you take it as a free 'gift'?

Hi Rama
Try thinning and cleaning out top, pinch out some of the growth. Select which branches you want to keep then wire them out and down :lost:
