Do you want to see Kimura at work at his nursery? These vids show the initial work on what looks like a field grown juniper that I think has been grafted with a compact foliage cultivar. There are five parts you can see them here:

Interesting watching, and actually understanding all he's doing because Ryan Neil has covered all these stages comprehensively in his mirailive videos. Even able to pick up when one of the apprentices uses one of the tools incorrectly! :lol: :lol:
