Azalea Issue

Post by PeachSlices »

Hi All,

I've had this issue with my trees before, this is my brother's tree.

The tree starts to show dead patches, and then the branch decides to die after, ive had trees just straight up die event after repotting. Any ideas on the cause?

I've seen similar die back in garden azaleas. Could not work out what caused that either. Sometimes just part of the plant, other times gradually killing off all the trunks.
Sorry I can't help.

Some years ago when I had azeleas in the garden I had a problem something like this.
Trying to find a solution I read that azaleas can get a fungus, can't remember the exact name but it sounded like botrytis.
