Privet group flowering

Post by LLK »

In September, Shannon Young repotted and restyled this group of privets, all seedlings between 4 and 12 years old. This type of work has become too heavy for me; moreover I needed Shannon's bonsai knowledge and artistic input.
See thread viewtopic.php?f=12&t=24560&start=0
In the meantime those privet have been growing vigorously and now they are flowering!

 Yes, with a bit of luck. It's one of the silver linings of the grey cloud.

Irresistible, aren't they?! Carry off the prizes at shows time after time, even when objectively better bonsai are present.
