Dad's fig...

Post by Qitianlong »

Hey all,
in the name of getting my dad into bonsai, his chrisy present was a kit I put together for him, and we worked on it today. It is a PJF with fossilized wood accompaniment.

I used a nice deep pot so he has a few years to play around with it before we need to do too much more.

Your fig is progressing well. This is a fig that my late father found and give me to bonsai. We worked on it together up to him passing away 13 years ago. It always reminds me of him and it has always been called Father.
