I've slowly been working on this guy since Feb 2012. got him as a starter from Ray Nesci, and my dad gave me the stone. here's the progression up until yesterday:

Update on the ROR. It's due for a re-pot... have braved moving the rock since the original post. Not the best pics sorry, can't move it to a better spot.
