Hi. I noticed these yellow spots on some of my ficus leaves. Any ideas?

Re: Yellow Spots
Aussieant,
Take your pick from the below three possibilities as i'm unable to distinguish exactly the difference.
All of which are completely common, natural and harmless on many Ficus species:
Cystolith
Lithocyst
Hydathode
This is an example of my Ficus macrophylla: However, as Mel mentioned check the leafs underside, my above three diagnosis is based upon an unremarkable surface on the leaf's underside.
Hopes this helps,
Kevin

Re: Yellow Spots
Same here, but worth checking underneath anyway....never know!Look like normal fig leaf spots to me
I didn't know the proper names, thanks Kevin. "Normal fig leaf spots" fills the bill for me, but hey, underneath *might* show something different.Cystolith
Lithocyst
Hydathode

Re: Yellow Spots
Can't see any pests under there, so looks like they're just normal fig leaf spots.
