From 2016 to now. Feeling proud of this fig

Postby sheepdawg » February 4th, 2019, 8:55 am

Hey all. I obtained this very nice fig from Harmony Tea Garden in Highfields (20mins north of Toowoomba), in late 2016. Since then I've been slowly working at it. It took awhile for it to regain vigour because it had been ignored in the nursery. But I've finally got it to a place that I'm happy with and I'm starting to feel like an actual bonsai artist.

Nice going Sheepdawg,
Ignored nursery material can be like finding hidden treasure.
I miss the pre-Bunnings days, when many locally owned nurseries were real treasure troves. Sadly they have closed :(
Keep at it, your fig looks like its found the right home.
