Hey folks,
I appologise for all the pictures and confusion.
It is growing really fast (despite being violently uprooted) and has new shoots on every tip and at basically every node.
I will get Clear and Well Lit pictures of its growth over the next couple of weeks and report back.

Life happened, all pictured plants are assumed dead and gone, ex-partner likely uprooted them.

This thread can be removed, I appreciate those who helped.
I had next to no knowledge about bonsai, and it showed.

Cheers.

Before this thread is removed, I could actually use some help identifying this species.

I rescued it from my Nans backyard after she passed 3 years ago.
It was on its side on the ground in a smashed pot in Port Lincoln, in a 'survival mode' for lack of better words.
