An early start for pines

Australian conditions vary from one extreme to another. What do you do and when do you do it?

An early start for pines

Post by kez »

Hey folks,

Thought I'd put up a few pics of what my pines are up to at the moment. After a very mild spring and winter so far, and a day last week where the temp got to 25c, coupled with some milder nights, my pines have decided it's time to move

The first 3 pics or of some nishiki pines

And a garden variety black

We have had some pretty fresh nights the last couple of days with cold dawn temps so it will be interesting to see what they do from here, though I think it's safe to say we are on for an early start this year
