I don't get the physical paper anymore so you will have to take my word that these pictures were taken today the 18 th of March . This tree ( wild plum from the roadside ) was tipped off the bench by a possum and the pot broken , no great damage , so I decided to slip pot into a plastic and give a bit of TLC . Plenty of new growth resulted . Checking for wind damage this morning and discovered several flowers .
Climate change ?

Re: Flowers now ?
This is not too unusual. Every year we see some out of season flowering.
A wisteria in our garden was a mass of flowers 2 weeks ago after also flowering in spring. I also had some flowers on the Cherries in the orchard in January.

Re: Flowers now ?
Had a couple of mine flower, one has even managed to produce pea sized plums.Took some cherry cuttings, three weeks after cuttings were taken it is flowering! Not sure the cuttings will take as all leaves have shirveled. New leaf buds and flowers are bursting now. Will see what happens.
