That's a devastating loss of foliage and branching Bodhi :/ where is the branch show in the last photo? Or is that a different tree?
I have been spraying with the same fungicide, copper oxychlorate, what is the application method, dosage and frequency you were using?

Also I'm wondering what exact species of juniper this is that I've posted.. I bought it as a Pingi. Is that closer to Squamata or Prostrata? I thought I read in one of those articles that Prostrata wasn't affected by this infection.
