Mealy bug or lace bug?

Hi all - treating for spider mite and so did an inspection on all trees

Found this pest sucking on my zelkova - can anyone identify?

Mealy bug.
Sure that's a Zelkova? It has beautiful leaves whatever it is.

Thanks Mike! What would be the best treatment? I've got confidor and pyrethrum.

You are correct on the tree ID, i got carried away - it's a european hornbeam :oops:

Yes hornbeams are very nice. Not enough around IMO
Confidor works well on mealies.
