ID disease - fig leaf

Hi there.
I’m after some help IDing this disease on fig leaves. Some sort of scale?

Yes scale. spray with pest oil all over and repeat in about 10 days. Don't leave anything uncovered with the spray.

I might defoliate soon, so that should help get rid of it. Will hit it with pest oil in any case as I expect it’s on the trunk too. Cheap stock, worth the effort for a tree that has a bit going for it already. If/when I get time I might post some pics to get advice on branches to retain and remove.
