This is a little left field, very contentious and will probably start a fight. But your bug problem is really related to how you care for your trees, either poorly designed fertiliser program or over watering, or low filled air fille dporosity in your mix, not enough light/too much light etc. Lots of poor horticultural practices weaken a teee and allow these kinds of sap sucking infestations to occur.

1-10 is pretty stong i go about 15-20 mls per 1ltr spay as sun goes down hose off in morn reapply every five days all trees pots benches and sarrounding areas
