So I've been to Bunnings and I have not found a product that relates to cottonmeal, I am trying to obtain this product so I can create some fertliser cakes for my starters/prestarters?
Anyone know a place in Sydney that sells cottonmeal?

Try a stock feed store, you might struggle in suburbia. I've found soy bean meal more common here, it's basically the same.

An outlet that sells food for farm/agricultural purposes. "Pet, Horse & Farm" is a pretty standard one but depends on where you are. Google is your friend.
