Beautiful.

Now you must remember to take good care of them.
The will rust and tarnish very easy to always oil and clean after every use.
One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful

That could be cool, I was wanting to wrap my handles up too, but electrical tape didn't seem fitting on my kaneshin's :P Glad you're happy with them mate, they're a great buy

I've heard that camelia oil will do the trick on your tools :tu2:

Jason, it is easy as. Spotlight has some fine paracord, I have even used a ball of string in the past.

Probably better with string by the looks, paracord might be a bit too thick?
Will have to give it a shot

Cool, I've never seen the like before! And here I was using electrical tape, which ends up leaving sticky crap all over lol

Pays to buy quality. I thought I'd buy a cheap pair of concave branch cutters to use for root pruning and save my Kaneshin branch cutter for above soil work - well the cheapy set lasted 2 repots before the steel bent out of shape and now the edges don't meet - wasn't even a particularly large root I was cutting at the time. Might be time for a Kaneshin root cutter :lost:

I was recently in Japan and purchased quite a few tools like that including a Japanese folding hand saw for removing large branches.
