Toowoomba Bonsai Group Website updated

Post by Stewart_Toowoomba »

Hi all

The Toowoomba Bonsai Group have updated their website for the July meeting notes and pictures.

This month focuses on a MAJOR transformation of a swamp cypress aptly named 'Lazarus'....

I hope you enjoy seeing and reading about the great times we have up on the hill.

As usual, all visitors most welcome! Meeting held this Saturday at 10am.

Please take the time to have a look

Click on the link in my banner below. Have a look at the 'Past Events' section to see our previous meeting photos etc

G'day Ed, I remember this tree well and always admired it. What happened? Regardless it is well on its way back and I like the sketches at the end to show possible outcomes in styling for the future, the last of the 3 in particular. Do make a feature of the deadwood and reduce the living component to emphasize this, I can see a good tree in there possibly as good as it was originally.Craig seems to be indicating some good ideas, I would like to see how this progresses, what have you decided to do with regard to the future design? Will I catch up with you at the Gold Coast for the BCI? All the best with this tree, Michael.
