Hi there,
I love making bonsai and learned it from the youtube. Seeing my enthusiasm and interest, my husband asked me to start a nursery. He suggests taking a mortgage for the initial expenses. No idea how it will turn out to be. Anyone here who is having a business with bonsai? I would like to know the business strategies you use. Since I don't have any experience with business, do I need to enroll for any seminars or classes? I am relying on the google for ideas regarding the marketing aspect(http://www.grassrootsadvertising.com/bl ... marketing/ ). Need further guidance on its implementation. Any help regarding this is welcome.

Re: Bonsai Nursery
Hi Beverly,
I think you would have more success by finding a sympathetic nursery in your own country and perhaps applying for a job there. Nothing beats hands-on experience.
If you're really serious, put in the hard yards.
Good luck,
Pat

Pat is definitely on the money!
EIther that, or it's an ad for the business class, and we've been had.
