Re: Bonsai Week 2017 at the NBPCA
Thanks for the feedback Rudi. We certainly had a great time with Pavel and Jakub. They are two fine ambassadors for bonsai internationally.
I am really looking forward to Tony Tickle, I think his personality will be welcomed and enjoyed by all.
Cheers
Leigh

Hi Paul
We are still firming up all details before any further announcements. My line is always open for you to contact me directly rather than on a public forum.

Re: Bonsai Week 2017 at the NBPCA
An opportune time to have this thread pop up.
I have just booked my accommodation at the hotel Leigh has arranged ( Thanks mate ). - Just give them a call
I have just sent an email off to book Friday nights tickets
Just applied to have leave from work for Friday
Now just need to find a tree for the workshop!!!!
Maybe Ausbonsai Sale day I will find something worthwhile
See you all in Canberra again. It is a great event and everyone should try to get there.

Thanks for the bump.
Yes, Bonsai Week is gaining great momentum. We will have our digital marketing program rolling out over the next few days.
Cheers

Hi Everyone
Please see the attached PDFs. Unfortunately, while resizing them to a size suitable to download here, I have lost some resolution in the images.
Not to worry, all of the information is clear.
We are now taking bookings for the Friday events, please call or email if you are keen to be involved.
Regards
Leigh.

Re: Bonsai Week 2017 at the NBPCA
Just expanding on the pot expo.
There are now eleven potters involved in showcasing their wares. Should be very interesting --- I'm certainly looking forward to it. As well as the static display of pots, there are going to be pottery demos ---- how often and the potters involved I'm not quite sure as we're from all over the country. I'm going to be there all week so maybe I'll be watch-on-stop-on.
I hope not!!!
Cheers, and come and say hello,
Pat

Hi Everyone
Wow! Immediately the response has been overwhelming.
Bookings are streaming in!
I will just give you all a heads-up.
Tony's presentation on the Friday afternoon "From Mountain To Exhibition" is a FREE event.
However, it is limited by numbers and is already half full.
If you are keen to be in the audience, do not delay your booking.
Phone 02 6207 8484 to book.
Regards
Leigh

Re: Bonsai Week 2017 at the NBPCA
I've just registered for Tony's presentation and the evening demo and I believe there are still a few places left but you had better get in quick.
We are really fortunate to have Tony coming especially now that he has won the highly acclaimed award at the most prestigious bonsai exhibition outside of Japan, the Noelanders Trophy. This will really increase his exposure and make him a wanted demonstrator.
Looking forward to catching up with everyone in Canberra!
Thanks Leigh for your efforts in arranging this.
Regards,
Steven
