I am really looking forward to the day - thanks go to Steven for putting on the day and putting so much effort into organising it. We may have to institute an aubonsai transport network to get everyone's goodies home

This old Callistemon Little John from my collection will be available to purchase this Sunday 5th March at Killeen St Auburn from 10am.
It is in a hand made pot by Aussie potter, Mr. Patrick Kennedy. Unfortunately the pot is cracked but the tree is killer
Regards,
Steven

Yes it is a lovely tree.treeman wrote:It's rare to find a mature lace bark Chinese elm with mature bark in this country. A valuable tree! (why sell?)Grant Bowie wrote:Chinese elm, over 60cm tall, Tokoname pot, possibly 40 years old as this was a Max Candy tree till about 2007.

However I am reducing my private collection in both terms of the bigger trees and by sheer number. I intend to sell about 10% of my bigger and better trees as and when they are in good condition health, shape and ramification wise.
See you all Sunday.
Also Shuji Yamazaki will be at my stall; so,if you wish to meet and talk to him about next years tour to Japan to visit the Kokofuten (show) , Omiya, Tokoname, plus gardens, temples and bonsai nurseries then come on down and meet us.

Here is a shohin Port Jackson that I've been growing for over 10 years. It's ready for a new home with someone who will take it to the next level.
It will be available for sale on Sunday at the AusBonsai Market.

Steven

Here's another one I'm parting with this Sunday. It was an urban yamadori about 7 years ago. There is plenty of dead wood ready to be carved by the new owner.
You can purchase it on Sunday after 10am

Steven

Looking forward to it! Only two more sleeps!
Would really love to pick up a green island fig shohin/starter/cutting if anyone would care to bring one for me on the day.

The pot was cracked due to an accident, not in any way due to your fault. It's a very kind gesture to offer to replace it but totally unnecessary.
