Albury Show 2017

Post by shibui »

Horticulture section has shifted to a new shed this year. It's still just a tin shed that does not compliment the bonsai much but we still put on a good display.

The judge knew nothing about bonsai but did not doo too bad at picking winners.
She must have a thing for groups though -

Sir Theodore had it all his own way in the novice class :hooray:

Also turns out he's not a one hit wonder with prize winning cacti and succulents too;

Well done to all who entered and no doubt to those who helped out and held the floor during the day . Sorry I missed the show but family comes first before my obsessive hobby , well most of the time anyway :palm: , maybe sometimes :whistle: , O.K on special occasions :oops: .

Congrats to the prize winners especially the novice section , looks like quite a few entries .

Cheers . Alpineart
