Is there someone who has information about this event?

international event organized by the Nationsl Arboretum of Canberra.
International Bonsai Art and Culture Biennale. 18 - 20 Sept.

I was invited with two studends and cannot get any information what this is about. Who is behind this? What will happen?

The Biennale was announced this morning at the meeting of the Canberra Bonsai Society {over 200 members now!).
I got the impression that the organisation is in its early stages.
