Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition
The annual Goulburn Bonsai Society exhibition is on again on 6th and 7th October 2018.
This year the exhibition is in a new location 322-336 Auburn Street Goulburn. This location is a shop front in the CBD in the main street so hopefully we will get a few more people through the door.
10:00 am to 4:30 pm both days with demos on at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm both days.
Come along for a look at what the local club members are up to in the bonsai world.

Re: Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition
I hope it is sunny watto, so as you get plenty of people there, but not for me,too bloody cold, was there in July on year and the wind was bloody cold, can still feel it,sent a permanent chill thru my bones, but most bonsai people are pretty tough so you should have a god day as it is warming up a bit in Sydney
Sometimes I sits and thinks and sometimes I just sits.

Setting up in the new exhibition site in the main street is looking good !! Lots of room for the trees and demos. What could be better for for a weekend visit for bonsai viewing in Goulburn ? A pleasant drive from the coast and country

Re: Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition
Gee Watto, really looking forward to our Goulburn Club exhibition this year.
Cant wait to see the new and also improved trees I know are being prepared. Hoping to see some new friends I met in Melbourne at the AABC. I know there will be new stock trees and bonsai in training on sale and do keep an eye out for the new range of potware!!!! We've been very busy in this halfway town, that is two hours from Sydney and one from Canberra. Its an easy expressway drive either way. Hope to see you there.

Well what a twist. Praying for rain for weeks now. Finally get some and had to put all the show trees undercover so they are not to wet to travel.

Just had a thought. It is always exciting to have an new challenge of a new venue. But even better it is a lot closer to two of the best coffee shops in Goulburn

Thanks Paul, I understand the lure of the championships (four days of stroke, right up my ally) and may you hit them long and straight.
The weather here will be good so we are looking forward to the weekend.

Good luck with the show this weekend. I would love to see a few pics when it's all rapt up.
Tending bonsai teaches me patience.
