Hi Boris,
I met you at the ausbonsai market day 2 years ago.
I love your unique pots.
This sounds awesome. I can’t wait
What potters will be there, or is it mainly just their work?

Thanks Boris,
This should be fun. It's always good (and handy) to see what others are up to.
Talking of work, I moved my 'wheel' into the house today....too bloomin' cold out!
See you there,Rory..... and lots of others too, I hope
Cheers, Pat

Currently, we have 18 potters participating in the exhibition and 12 of them will be offering their work for sale. Five of them will have sale stalls just outside the exhibition hall. They are all listed in the flyer (see Ken's post at the beginning of the thread. Hope to see you there

Thanks Pat, you inspired me to make my first bonsai pot 12 years ago. It must be nice to work on the wheel outside, something I've never donePat K wrote:Thanks Boris,

Hi There
I was out at James Tranter (Samarkand) studio yesterday organising a pot for a 40-year-old cedar and was having a chat, he was at the recent Wauchope Bonsai's Bonsai by the Beach up here on the mid-north coast and the pots are magic.
He is only one and a half hour away from me about one hour on the black and half an hour in on the dirt Oh the thing's you just have to do to get a nice pot for the old girl.
James was saying that he is looking forward to the event and busily making pots his black textured pots are amazing.
Some may remember his items from the Ausbonsai Market Day
