Here it is, all the latest arrangements.
The School of Bonsai (TSB) President Mr Clinton Nesci has today announced final details of TSB’s Summit to be held on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July 2009
Details are pretty much as my first post.
Peter Adams will be demonstrating on both days of the TSB Summit and will conduct separate personalised workshops on days either side of the TSB Summit.
Brief Programme details :-

Saturday 4th July 9:15am Registration
9:45am Problem trees - a series of demonstrations featuring Peter Adams.
Lunch included
4:45pm Close
7:00 *Dinner at the Dural Country Club
*Members of Ausbonsai please advise on your registration form if you are attending the dinner as we will attempt to seat you at the one table (if you so wish?)

Free Workshop - The first 30 Registrations qualify for the Free Workshop 7th July.
Clinton commented “the Day with Peter Adams workshops days will be run for 8hrs each from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Ray Nesci Bonsai Nursery, 26 Sagars Road Dural NSW.
Morning tea is provided/included but participants are advised to bring their own lunch.
Clinton also advised “participants should bring two trees if possible to allow Peter a choice of the most suitable tree for his workshops. You will need to bring your own tools,wire etc.”
There are three styles of workshop available:-
1. Peter Adams’ Bonsai Design Programme & Workshop
Wednesday July 1st - Peter Adams’ Bonsai Design Program & workshop 1
Monday July 6th - Peter Adams’ Bonsai Design Program & workshop 2
These Bonsai Design Workshops include all the benefits of a standard workshop, BUT offers a graphics package including a personalised original colour drawing of the future image of your tree - signed, stamped and authenticated by Peter.
The Drawings are of framing quality and are widely collected throughout the Bonsai and Art fraternity. They are generated from photographs taken on the workshop day.
Peter will also provide individual documentation including - “how to” text, diagrams, and a complete horticultural profile of your tree, similar to the expert opinion articles seen in Bonsai Focus Magazine
Space is limited to 8 participants per workshop at a cost of $220.00 per person.

I will be going to the seminar and am the old fart doing the whole day monday workshop. I have a cascade juniper and a triple trunk cedrus.
Thanks for the tip Denise, I will clean both out on the weekend in preparation.
At Bonsai by the Harbour I found a few people who are doing the Monday workshop and am looking forward to a great day.

From what Clinton has told me is that both the Monday and Wednesday Workshops are Full now, and the Thursday Workshop is nearly full
Must be lots of old farts areound with money to spen eh Ben
As for me I am spending my "stimulus package" to go
Plenty of room for the Sat and sunday Sessions still available from what I hear
