School of Bonsai 2022 T2 display night

Post by kcpoole »

Been a long time but we have finally gotten back to Face to face classes this term, and we have changed up our display night to run on a thursday night in conjunction to our beginners class

Tonight was the first display night since 2019 and was a great turn out of trees :-)
No critques or Judging tonight, but just a good display

My compliments for your perseverance, all the artists who exhibited the trees shown on this display night! I think that the variety of tree species and bonsai styles is quite outstanding. Those with branching that tends towards penjing styling are really attractive in an original way and make a nice contrast with the more traditionally Japanese.
Thanks for the posting of all those photos!! :tu:
