Castle Hill Agricultural Show this weekend

Post by kcpoole »

As has been mentioned the Castle Hill show is on this weekend.

There is usually and Reasonable display of Bonsai on show, and Most at the School are trying to Expand it even more. I have only 1 tree in this year (Banksia) but there quite a few with several in

Ray Nesci will be on Duty most ofthe weekend, and is allways good for a chat as we all know :-)

It is a great opportunity to show of our art form to the general populace, and for those that show their trees, hopefully will make us strive to improve our own trees.

I will be going on Saturday afternoon and hope to grab some photos to post here next week. I anyone else gets some then please add them

The show was on today and there was a good number of trees on display. Some worthwhile winners and many more well worth having a look at.

Unfortunately it is an Agricultural show and not a Bonsai show, so the display itself is not the best, but the trees do generate a lot of interset in the community

Well worth a look see if you are in the area
Takes the kids and they can go on some rides while you look at the trees :-)
