I remember reading this a while back, just re read it and found it just as meaningful.

Cannot read right now, i have saved the link and will read very soon.
Thanks also for the strainer link too, they'll be sold out next time you order. 5 - 7 years before they begin to perish, that's incredible for a kitchen polymer.
