Big trees , bad back !

Post by regwac »

Just finishedy putting together a crane to handle my larger trees . I find I can rig them up with slings and spacer bars and lift with the ute crane , but until now I have had to wiggle the ute into position and this has become increasingly difficult .
The wheels are large enough to track across the grass easily enough . On the job testing begins tomorrow ! I plan to use the crane to lower trees onto a trolley for repositioning as well as to suspend large trees while I work on roots .

Hi regwac, mate thats the only way to fly . I know what a bad backs all about and Bonsai don't always come in small sizes . I just purchased a tilt trailer for my ride-on now all I need is an engine crane on the draw-bar for dunking big trree's and pots for regular soaking .

Cheers Alpineart
