Post by alpineart »

These were purchased off Ebay recently and delivered yesterday . I was told there was 25 bonsai dishes and a few pots for plants . When they arrived there was 75 pots all up

, 25 of which are slip cast Japanese pots along with a few hand made Aussie pots . This one is buy Geelong potter /artist Peter Forward

Another interesting pot

. At $1.00 each delivered they certainly were a bargain , I will get around to cleaning up the rest of them in my spare time and then find the extra time to do some bonsai work .

Cheers Alpineart

Hi guys and gals , there are bargains to be had on Ebay if you know where to look . Its always good to have a few spare pots in storage especially in time for re-potting .

With another very good year for sales completed , these have turned up at the right time to re-stock the benches .

Cheers Alpine.

Hi KIRKY , some people don't know how to list their items and list them incorrectly or in the wrong category . These were advertised as bonsai dishes and didn't come up in a search for bonsai pots or bonsai , they actually came up on the Gum Tree site advert which I am also a member .

I get alerts from both sites when regularly searching for items , the down side is I get dozens of emails a week but it has its rewards . 2 items the other day were listed as Bonsai trays , there is no category for bonsai trays either however they did come up in a search for bonsai pots unfortunately I missed the auctions.

I also sell bonsai on both sites but the item discription covers all possible categories which has more advantages over 1 single category .

Cheers Alpine
