Kicked out of the nursery

Post by Dibbo »

Hi everyone,
I have had photos of this new stand for a few months now so thought I'd post it for your amusement. This stand came about after my recent retirement and having to leave my workplace. Sounds great except for the fact that I looked after the nursery at work with one of the kickbacks being having a perfect environment for my fledgling pre-bonsai. Automatic watering system, variable light conditions in each corner of the nursery to suit different plants etc. So as a temporary measure I have whipped this stand up made from 50mm gal wire mesh. Took a bit to bend then stake in place. Cleared out the herb garden for this. Downside is only getting northern sun.

Pitty about not having the perfect bonsai area anymore! North facing is okay just need to keep an eye on your watering a bit more than you had to in the past haha
