I bought this native fern about 2 months ago. It was under heavy shade cloth and was watered every day according to the lovely woman at the nursery. (I was told it's not a generic fish bone and definitely a native)
I water it a little bit every morning and it's indoors with filtered light.
Leaves are turning white with tiny black blobs. Any ideas?

Re: Any fern experts?
Leaves turning white I'd guess a sucking insect of some sort?? Those black blobs don't have legs by any chance?

Thanks for the ID Treeman!
Shibui, here are some close-ups. Almost looks like some sort of thrip thing?
What should I treat it with? Are ferns more sensitive?
