Koi in Bali

Just thought i would post some pictures of me feeding some Koi at a Balinese temple.
I had never seen so many Koi in one place in all my life!

Yes, they breed like rabbits, which is why they are banned in Qld. Shame they are pretty.

I have always been intrigued by Koi and have wanted some but don't have a pond.
I guess i'll have to make do with my siamese fighter

Ah they're wonderful :)

Two of my local nurseries have water features with lots of friendly Koi, one large pond has a large Oscar resident hanging out with them too.
