I love the Japanese garden at Melbourne Zoo, you have to pay Zoo admission to see it but if you are in town, take the family and check it out while you are there.

Hey Damian,
Last time I was there, it was quite a small area, but they were making it bigger and better because of the amount of attention it got from zoo gowers.
I allso like the small garden at the Glen Eira Town Hall in Glen Eira where the aabc show is held in October. Whilst its not on a grandios scale like the Zoo, its nice to sit at for a few moments, and relax. ;)

Thanks,
Mac
Has it ever made you wonder, who was the first person to say " See that cow..... I'm going to pull on those pink dangelly things....and drink what ever comes out" ?

I reckomend Dubbo zoo for anyone that comes out this way. Stay overnight in a local motel and take the early dawn walk followed up with a buffet breakfast overlooking the pond. Then hire a couple of bikes and spend the rest of the day exploring over 300 hectares of bushland open range Zoo with over 1,000 animals. Magic!

For all those animal lovers, make sure you get to Dubbo if you are ever going past.

Great place to spend a day to watch magic animals at play, and they work they do with captive breeding is awesome

What kind of horses and wolves are at the living treasures animal park in moraine PA? I just called them so doing so again might be a bit soon and they do not have an email address and whenever I fill out a contact form for someplace I do not get a response.
