The above pots were discounted over the face price at the kiln. A great opportunity for what are expensive pots.

Koyo produces some excellent glazed pots! I wish I had of bought some more. I will try and get a photo up of the couple I picked up over there.

Are you keeping these for yourself Grant or will they be for sale?

Hi all,

I am in Japan and so is Shuji Yamazaki. Bonsai Crazy Yusuke Uchida and I travelled to Tokyo today from Nagoya and met up with Shuji for dinner. Lovely Sashimi at local restaurant near hotel.

I can't recommend too highly his tour if you still want to go the 2016 to Kokofu etc.

Forgot to take photo while in restaurant but here is one of Ooch where he was working on a private collection in Nagoya.

Just spent some more time at the Green Club today. A show on Shohin this time.

Lots of vendors as at Kokofu time but milder weather.

Might have bought a few more pots.

Hi Adam,

Pity you didn't make it. Lots of small stuff of course for sale. Display over 3 levels quite good with a few knock out trees. Some needed feeding and tightening up however as well.

I hope to get some photos tomorrow Sunday.

You can, but from what I hear getting them through quarantine is extremely difficult as the trees need to be bare-rooted for transport, not to mention chemical treatments. If I'm not mistaken.

We can't have any nasties coming in and destroying more of our native flora and fauna.

I don't trust Bonsai, they are a little shady.
