Hey Guys,
I'm heading over to Japan for a couple of weeks in March. Any suggestions on areas to visit around Kyoto, Nara and Hiroshima would be appreciated.
Pictures to follow.
Cheers

Hiroshima and Kyoto are both beautiful!! Unfortuantely I'm not sure on bonsai in those areas. You need to chek out kinkakuji and ginkakuji in Kyoto.

Re: Japan Visit
hey, i spent three days in Kyoto and two in Hiroshima.
the best thing i found was to go straight to the Visitor centres and grab info on whats around for you to do. i also googled the top ten things to do in kyoto and hiroshima and made a list of stuff i might be interested in.
the best temples in kyoto are the golden temple and the silver temple.. bith very much worth the effort.
