Rock from volcanic quarry

Post by wattynine »

I mentioned I had a walk around a volcanic quarry yesterday, Ironstone, Granite, basalt, quartz, all sorts of stuff.
Found this in a washed out dirt gutter right beside an old roadway.
I liked it, bought it home and this is after I hit it with the Gerni.

I love the look of it Watty.

Will you be planting something on it? Looks to me like it need some foliar hair on top :D

Cheers,
Pearcy.

Hey Pearcy, no, no planting, the patina is just too good to cover, just a viewing stone I think,
thanks for the interest
