Peter Krebs: not from Oz, but from Germany. I've added the link to his website on the Wiki because it might be a source of inspiration for many around the world.

His website contains links to articles (some in English) about "the history, craft and philosophy of bonsai pots."

Hey Alain,

Thanks for adding the link & bumping arguably the best potter outside of china & japan. All of his pots are hand built using age old methods, unique & imbued with an energy that cannot be found in moulded pots. Maybe one day I will own a Peter Krebs pot, until then I will continue to pursue my own pottery ways in the hope one day I may produce something close.

Not his pots but a couple of my favorite pages from his english language pot site include http://www.bonsaipots.net/index.php?page=pius-notter-1 & http://www.bonsaipots.net/index.php?page=fingertraces. One day I would like to explore the world of bronze casting and these trays are the pinnacle of craftsmanship http://www.bonsaipots.net/index.php?page=master-hooun
